Chick-fil-A

Atlanta, GA

To further distance themselves from their competitors, Chick-fil-A required a sophisticated uniform collection that would improve both the customer and the employee experience.

"Everyone understands the cost of recruiting and training good team members and our surveys showed that the uniform was one of the top three reasons of dissatisfaction and why [team members] were leaving," says Woody Faulk, VP of Brand Development for Chick-fil-A. "If team members will remain with the organization even one month longer, you can see the economic advantage."

The answer was TeamStyle--an internal brand of clothing styled to bestow upon Chick-fil-A team members a new sense of confidence and pride. OOBE designed and manufactured a coordinated collection of gender specific apparel intentionally designed to address the requirements of each role.

To make order placement simple and fast, OOBE also developed and operates for Chick-fil-A an online store accessible via the Chick-fil-A intranet. Operators and team members have access to a complete online apparel catalog, fit guides, news on upcoming products, and more.

Woody Faulk continues, "We knew we had a win [with OOBE] when, during the testing phase, team members were wearing their uniform to work rather than bringing it in a bag as they had been."
