OOBE has chosen to employ our own staff of full-time designers rather than outsource the design of our uniforms to a third-party design firm.
We believe this approach creates a more unified process and allows our designers to work collaboratively with our sourcing and production leadership to ensure that designs/silhouettes can be translated into styles that can be produced in a timely and cost-effective manner.
