It has been a long time ago now, but I remember when my Dad was about to retire and he began hiring additional engineers to replace him and augment the staff that he would leave behind. It’s no secret Chick-fil-A has had a huge impact on who OOBE is today, and we never tire of talking about the success of the relationship.
